Beauty & the Bitch Field Day

My inner bitch had a field day today, faced with some bad news and tough road ahead personally, my inner bitch kept repeating that I would never make it. "Its too hard, you'll fall in a heap, urgh you are going to look ugly. You don't have the fortitude to see it through, you need courage and I know you don't have any"

How do you silence this inner voice that speaks doom and death to your dreams and tries to stop you before you even try? If you know the answer. please pass it on to me.

One thing that is really getting me down is the prospect of losing all my hair, and my lovely long eyelashes. A sweet friend said that people didn't like me for how I look, its me, the what's inside me that shines out that people love and respond too. I thank God for friends who become your beauty and lift you up and silence that inner bitch.

Be kind to yourself, and when worse comes to worse, SMILE- it never seems quite so bad when you smile.
A glass of bubbly goes a long way too!
